jury duty update
after sitting in numerous windowless rooms for 7 hours and being told by one of the lawyers interviewing me that i was, “the most pregnant person i’ve ever seen at jury duty,” i was finally sent home. and don’t have to return to 8 more years. seriously? brooklyn for the win.
