I love traveling at christmas time. seriously-I enjoy airports at all times, but never more than when christmas songs are being played and glowing trees await you at every turn. also-december 23rd is a magical travel day, as i have yet to experience any problems in 6 years of traveling across country on the same day.

dear new york weather gods,
today, you suck. big time. i can deal with rain. and i can deal with wind. but when you combine the two of them with such ferocity i am left totally screwed. like, standing in the middle of a downpour getting completely soaked while trying not to blow away, screwed. please consider blessing our fair city with only one weather extreme per day next time. thanks in advance, sage
